Insomnia Disease

 In insomnia, the patient is not able to sleep fully, due to which the patient is not fully rested and has a bad effect on health. Insomnia causes anxiety in the mind, which further aggravates the disease.  It is very important to get enough sleep to stay healthy but nowadays many people are struggling with insomnia problem. This disease is also called English Insomnia.
 In this, the person has discomfort in sleeping, lack of sleep, or problem of not getting enough sleep, due to this, it affects health and other health related problems arise.

 Causes of Insomnia Disease.

 Usually stress and tiredness can be the cause of insomnia but there can be some of the following reasons like__

 * Changing bedtime everyday.
 * Sleeping or taking a nap in the afternoon.
 * Too much noise while sleeping or in the room
 To be light
 * Not exercising.
 * Using mobile, or TV at bedtime.
 Smoking
 * Excess intake of tea and coffee.
 * Working during the night
 * Any body trouble or health related
 Having problems such as obesity, diabetes or stress
 * Changing daily routine.

 Symptoms of Insomnia Disease.

 What are the symptoms of insomnia like ____
 * Having trouble sleeping at night.
 * Feeling tired during the day or sleepy during the day.
 * Not feeling fresh after getting up in the morning.
 * Frequent waking up or having trouble sleeping.
 * Waking up too late
 * Sleeping late at night and waking up early in the morning.
 There are many symptoms in which many people complain that they did not sleep even after getting good sleep.

 Solution..

 Remedy for insomnia depends on the condition of the person like ___

 * Changes in routine life ie sleeping time, exercising regularly, doing yoga.
 * Do not eat too heavy food before sleeping.
 * You should make a habit of going to sleep at the same time every night and wake up at the same time in the morning.
 * Do not do any other work in the night time, 7 to 8 hours daily, keep it for sleep in the meantime, do not work any more.
 * Get up at the same time every morning, even on vacation days, do not make any change in the time of getting up.
 * Your bedroom should be cool, quiet, low light.  The pillow should be completely comfortable.
 * Your bedroom should be used only for sleeping, neither playing the TV nor doing any other work when you are feeling tired then go to your bedroom.
 * Exercise regularly also improves sleep.
 * Tea or coffee should not be consumed at night.
 Also, if the problem is more, then see a doctor immediately.
