 Friends, today we talk about mental laziness.  Mental sluggishness is very dangerous.  It is physical laziness to express the inability of the body to do any work, but before doing any work, think that this work is not in my control, or to give up before I do any work, it is mental  Laziness is that due to this mental laziness many people are unhappy, fail, and due to this disappointment, they reach depression. The solution to overcome this mental laziness is the union of positive thinking and good people. One thought to man's world  Changes.  So always think good.  Mental sluggishness among students ---- Nowadays most of the children are suffering from mental laziness. Laziness problem is very common among the students, often students get laziness while studying. Laziness does not only harm the students' education but also the physical as well  And mentally disturbed too, we have often heard that if you want success in life, then give up laziness, but it seems easy to say but it takes more hard work to do. Students or students are not able to focus on their goals.  So today we will talk about the common problem here.  Causes of Laziness ___ The most main reason for laziness can be due to any reason, not sleeping properly, poor sleep, no sleep at all, overeating, not eating on time or eating oily food.  If children are sleepy while reading, they postpone their work, find everything difficult or feel lethargy or tired all the time, then they are suffering from mental stress or mental sluggishness.  Friends, today we talk about how this mental sluggishness can be overcome. 

 Number 1: First of all, get enough sleep so that you will not feel tired in the body.

Number 5: Follow a time table by making it, for this you will have to pay attention to your food and bedtime also, by doing this you will never be lazy.

 Number 6: You should stop postponing your studies which you have to work and  Prepare the subject in time, because avoiding it will put more work pressure on you. 
 
Number 7: is the most important thing is physical exercise which will never let you slack off.  Some children are tense about their exams and results due to which mental stress arises which prevents them from studying and they start to get lazy, so children should stay away from negative thoughts or negative thoughts.  He can also talk to his friends or family.  Mostly study by writing.  To do any work, do not just think but take action on time.  If you are very tired while studying, then you can do some creative work of your choice, this will make your mind fresh.
