Stomach indigestion/gas




Today we talk about stomach ache, gas, indigestion, sour belching.


 Friends, our food and drink these days, our routine is deteriorating everything.  When we eat food as we wish, we do a little exercise when we want, most of our work is about sitting, in such a situation, we have a gas problem.


 So friends today, I will tell you some home remedies which have been used for centuries.


 Mixing a pinch of asafetida and half a teaspoon of black salt with a lukewarm water and taking it with lukewarm water provides relief in a short time. If people who have constipation problem, fry small myrabalan and grind it and sleep every night.  Before taking half teaspoon with lukewarm water, it provides relief.

 Apart from this, eating fennel after eating friends also improves digestion power.


 And if a little jaggery is sucked after eating, there will never be any problem of gas.


 If someone suffers from excessive gas, they must use garlic in their food or make garlic sauce with it.
